Is it possible to combine two separate DVDs to a single disk while maintaining the original menu structure fo each? For instance, if I have two DVDs of relatively small size (i.e., 2 GB or less for each), is there a way to create a new DVD that opens to a menu offering users a choice of two elements, each of which will -- upon being selected -- open to one of the two DVDs with the original menus intact?
