I would like to burn this free exercise youtube video on a disk which can play back on both any pc or dvd player, how can I do this please?

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

First you have to download it. Use Freemake Video Converter.
Cut and paste the URL into the program.
Once downloaded convert to DVD output.
Burn it on a DVD-R, DVD+R or DVD-RW.
Use Freemake Video Downloader or MassTube downloader to grab it if the converter cut-and-paste fails,
then convert to DVD with the converter program.
Edit: Bare in mind the limitations on whether it plays in both (I particularly mean the PC here)
is limited by the player and codecs in the PC. In 'general' a DVD will play in any modern computer.
