I'd like to watch the encrypted channels on PC so that I can have a full blown media center PC. I've googled but couldn't find a nice PCI card that accepts CI card to decrypt the channels. I'm not really interested in using a set-top box hooked up with an IR blaster. I'm living in Europe and my TV signal is over DVB-C.
I've seen some devices which accept a CI card and convert the TV signal into a video stream over Gigbit ethernet. This would work fine too but they were only working with American M-Cards.
Any suggestions on what I can use?
Thanks.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
