Hi everyone, I have several short mpeg video clips (5 to 7 min.) I would like to burn on a single dvd. The problem that I'm having is the next/skip feature will not work. How can I record so that I can skip to the next video instead of watching the hole thing all over again? There will be about 15 to 20 clips on one dvd.

    Thanks, justbecause

Windows Movie maker doesn't make DVDs, unless you are on Vista using Windows DVD maker.

Generally, the next button skips to the next chapter. If you have created your DVD as a series of titles (separate videos one after the other) then extra programming has to be included to get the Next button to skip like chapters. Some low end tools do this by default, some don't.

The simplest solution to put everything into a single video, add chapters at the start of each, and the Next will skip the way you want it to.
