  1. Hey all,
    Is 720 resolution Divx .avi capability the best to be found in a DVD player? I have some 1024 .avi movies that won't play in my current Panasonic S53K. Am I going to need to go with an HD DVD player to be able to play .avi resolutions that high?

  2. There are a few players that can play higher res. Go to the Divx.com web site and look at their list of certified HD Divx players. Here's a few I know of off the top of my head:

    So yes, you will need a new HD Divx capable player.
