Hey all,
Is 720 resolution Divx .avi capability the best to be found in a DVD player? I have some 1024 .avi movies that won't play in my current Panasonic S53K. Am I going to need to go with an HD DVD player to be able to play .avi resolutions that high?

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

There are a few players that can play higher res. Go to the Divx.com web site and look at their list of certified HD Divx players. Here's a few I know of off the top of my head:

So yes, you will need a new HD Divx capable player.
