Question how to capture mp3 audio stream of Thistle without software

Thistle has on demand 60 minute audio stream. Example:

I can use Stream Transport to capture the 60 minute audio program in less than 2 minutes (see screenshot) . However, I am looking for a way to capture this audio program without using any installed software ( like in public library, you cannot install Stream Transport). Stream Transport shows this info at bottom of screen. However, there is no http shown.
