  1. is there a program, or something i can do with TMPGEnc that will just clean up a video clip?

    You'd need to be a lot more specific about what you mean by that. :c)

    Is it "noisy"? blurry? or do you want to make it a PG version? :c)

    Try reading up on Virtualdub in TOOLS section.

    Loads of filters available to achieve lots of different things.

    It has a built-in noise filter that you can use. Do a forum search under TMPGEnc Noise Filter to find some settings. I've never had much success with it but others think it works good. Be warned....It increases encoding time dramatically.

    I found Vdub noise filters to be easier to fine tune and much faster, especially if you frameserve.
