I have built a DirectShow graph which suit my purpose (record video, audio and Closed Caption from analog Tv Tuner to a file on harddrive), but I could not find any PVR/Recorder/Player software accepts customized graph.
Is it possible to run *.grf file with GraphEdit based on pre-set time with the possibility to transfer parameters in?
Thanks.

GraphStudio can import DirectShow .grf files. I have not tried the feature, but it has a "Schedule" feature listed in the Options menu. However, I don't know of a way to pass parameters to it.

I used to automate recording with Windows' Task Scheduler, a batch file, and rcTVcap:

Glad to hear it worked out. And that I didn't have to spend time explaining all the details!

The explanation on the webpage is very clear.
Guess when I am not using the Profile, I can leave FilterProfiles.xml untouched? Even the filters in FilterProfiles.xml are not existing in my .grf file?
