  1. Good night friends,
I recently discovered that Avisynth brings incredible results if you know how to use it and have knowledge of the lines of code.
Well, unfortunately I have almost zero of this knowledge but I'm trying to learn, because my dream is to reach 20% of the experts here haha
    Let's go to my problem...

So that I can take the first step, I followed the steps to install the plugins and software following the information in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C4PyyQoz6eo
I followed all the steps and did a test with my video to see the result, but when I click ''F5'' to view the video on the screen, this error appears for me (Photo attached)

There is the detail that when I open AvsPmod before pasting the Script, this message appears: "Cannot read the avisynth plugins directory from the registry HKLM\Software\Avisynth'plugindir2_5' or 'plugindir+' is missing or wrong. You should set the plugins path under options manually or register it."

Thank you if you have the patience to help me

  4. That error message is telling you that you need ffmpeg2source:

    http://avisynth.nl/index.php/FFmpegSource
    https://github.com/FFMS/ffms2/releases/download/2.40/ffms2-2.40-msvc.7z

If you downloaded that already, make sure you installed the correct version, 32 bit (x86) ffms2.dll for 32 bit AviSynth+, in the plugins+ folder, 64 bit (x64) ffms2.dll for 64 bit AviSynth+, in the plugins64+ folder. And copy the FFMS2.avsi file into both plugins folders.

Thank you my friend, when I get home I will try.

Friend, I followed the steps you indicated, adding the filters in the correct folders (32 and 64 bits), but I still receive the same error. Then I installed the FFTW3 libraries again but the error continues. I do not know what to do

  7. I'm not sure how you get that "Cannot read the avisynth plugins directory from the registry.." message. Did you install AviSynth+ or are you using some other program's portable version of AviSynth+? Here's what RegEdit shows for me:

That's normally when you install AviSynth+. Try running AviSynth Info Tool and see what it says about your AviSynth installation -- especially the error/warning section.

Hi friend, I downloaded this version of Avisynth = ''AviSynthPlus_3.7.3_20230715_vcredist.exe''

Attached are the photo of the registry editor and the photos of the Avisynth Info Tool
