I have a video that was given to me, it is sourced from a PAL DVD (25fps I believe). The video is non-anamorphic. I have no problem cropping it but the problem for me is the Video/Audio. They both need to be slowed down, and the audio is having that issue where is sounds sped up (voices higher pitch, faster, etc).
I'm at a loss on what to use in slowing down the audio.
Thanks for your help.

I've done this a lot in VirtualDub, and it's a piece of cake. For the video, just go to Video | Frame Rate and set it to 23.976 and "Process all frames". Then to Audio | Use Advanced Filtering, load the Stretch filter, and set it to 1.04271.
