    I downloaded a concert from the net (suprnova.org) in AVI format. For some reason, there's no picture when I tried to play the video. Only sound came out of it. I tried it on both PowerDVD and Winamp...same problem. Any suggestion on what I am missing here?

    Maybe you need to install a codec. Test your file with Gspot and find out.
