  1. Can anyone give some recommendations for converting a MOD file to DVD? I've tried using Adobe Premiere Elements, but the aspect ratio of the MOD file is 16:9 and the converted file came out 4:3, and there didn't seem to be any option for controlling the aspect ratio. It looks like Windows DVD maker may work, but for a 52 minute DVD it looks like it will take around 10 hours on my computer. I'm hoping other people have had some good results converting MOD files.

    Thanks,
    Ed

  2. Don't know if this is here. It is a commercial app that I got lucky and got it on give away of the day.
Tipard Studio works great for me. I'm probably not using it to best advantage. I convert my downloads to MP4 with it and then make the DVD with DVD Styler. Seems to work for me. Aspect ratio fixing is the primary reason for this step. You could go straight to a VOB or MPeg2 directly. Hope this helps.
