    Hi.

    I have some WMV and Asf files.

    And I need to crop some parts of them. I mean, I want to "cut" some parts of the screen from the video.

    Are there any program which can do that, without re-encoding?

    Nope, if you change anything in the video screen part you must reconvert.

    Try Cyberlink Powerdirector8? I think this would help you. A great tool to crop WMV
