When I try to record gameplay, everything for the most part seems to be fine. The video quality is good, and music (in game) seems to be playing as well. But when the characters speak, it seems there is a problem picking up their voices. Either its barely being picked up, or not at all. Is there any solution to this if possible, as I think it really is a good device. It is out of warrenty, so I won't be able to return it, and I'm just hoping for any solution possible. I also want to note that I am recording from an Xbox One.
