I'm hoping to can help me with a project. I'm trying to determine a way to take the latest 'State of the Union' speech video, download it and condense it to a little shorter version but also, include a footer of the constantly accruing debt clock for the length of the speech , available at the debt clock web site. Both would fall under the fair use doctrine. Does anyone have any advice on how to implement a project like this?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Download it from youtube or similar sites
Screencap the portion of the debt clock you want
Edit it in a video editor (e.g. sony vegas, premiere pro, fcpx, edius etc...), overlay the debt clock footage
