    Hi, I have a JVC Home theatre system connnected to a Samsung LED TV.
    At present I can only play region 4 DVDs thru it.
    Can anyone advise how to make the inbuilt DVD player region free.
    I have searched everywhere with no luck

    You can always ask and perhaps you'll be one of the lucky few who finds a code via asking here when it can't be found on an internet search but the odds are against you. Specialty players of all types, including home theater systems and VCR/DVD combo players, rarely have unlock codes. Post back with your model and maybe JCarnon can help you.
