The top one is a straightforward crossfade with a vignette applied to one stream. The next is overlay with what appears to be a split frame moving path applied to one of the streams. Number 3 is a straight overlay with a very fancy title, the next would appear to be done using chroma key and the last one is a mix of crossfades and overlay.
Any half decent editor could do all of these except you would need something a bit more specialised to create the fancy title.
Creating the effects isn't the difficult bit, shooting the footage to use is another matter. -
From the top
1. Vignettes and cross fades - any editor. I use Vegas and it would be a piece of cake
2. Straight edits and a simple gradient mask. Again, bread and butter stuff
3. The text effect is a simple rays type effect with a moving light source. Most editors have some version of this. At a wild guess, the version on the clip was probably done with After Effects and Trapcode's Shine plugin (http://www.trapcode.com/products_shine.html)
4. Chromakey and either macro photography for the fluid, or a 3D program and fluid dynamics for extra contol
5. Pretty much the same as for 4.
Mostly bread and butter stuff. Nothing too fancy or difficult. As with most visually exciting or interesting work, the technology is the simple part. The real work is in the planning, preparation and design. Oh, and get yourself a dolly.Read my blog here.

guns1inger, I'm glad we agree. I use Ulead MediaStudio Pro and could do all of the above fairly easily.
as long as I had the footage to work with...... -
Thanks for the help guys. I've got all the videos that were used to make this since I have most of Janet's DVDs so I'm gonna start trying the programs you guys told me about. Thanks again!

In that case you've got the finished edited footage. You need the raw footage straight from the camera.

So what you're saying is I can't re-create this with the video that I have? I think it's a fanmade video.
-
To fully recreate that viseo you will need to either obtain the recorded, unedited footage from the cameras, or start again and shoot it yourself. Using footage that you already have you would be able to produce something similar, but you will never be able to recreate that actual video. Take the first clip for instance. It uses two shots. One has a simple vignette applied to it which is then crossfaded with another shot. Do you have those two shots, without any editing, to be able to use them?
