    Click on the big button marked Upload files/Manage attachments and go from there

    Don't use bmp.
    Your file was 189kb, saved as jpg it's 7kb.

    Attached as jpg, it displays.
    You could aslo use PNG or GIF if you wanted a exact bitmap, but larger file.

    Or cllick on the and upload the image and it's directly inserted in your text editor and you can move around it.
