  1. Hello I am working on a documentary and need a clip of this news broadcast from New Zealand, for fair use purposes.
    http://tvnz.co.nz/20-20-news/all-askew-graffiti-video-4818826 .
I have submitted a request to the news station but want to plug this into the edit while I wait for the transfer. I have been unsuccessful in downloading it using the video downloader on firefox and other simple methods I have learned prior to coming here for help. It appears to be a .flv file on a brightcove player. I have been reading through the forum about rmtpdump but it is above my skill level. I am using a mac this may be my downfall. Any help would be much appreciated. Long time reader first time poster.

    Thanks in advance.

  3. Bright cove does a very good job of copy protection. Since this is just a placeholder, you may want to consider screen capture or even just pointing a camera at your monitor.
