Bought a Xcica 1554 multi region DVD player. Cant get a signal to my TV set through the scart output. (tried on 3 different TV sets).
I can get a signal via the scart in on my Phillips DVDR880 DVD recorder!!!!
Took it back to the shop and they managed to get a signal on their TV
Whats going on??
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

For some DVD players you have to set in the menu at which output video will come out. Try to look at your DVD menu.

Your Philips DVD gives out signal through the SCART output without any manipulation in the menu. Other DVD players may require to set up in the menu from which output the video will com out. Try the menu with the one you don't get output from the SCART.

On a second thought -- what I have written before doesn't apply to your case. What's happening with your system is a mystery to me.
