  1. Hello,
I uploaded a small sample of the audio with noise.
    Download:
    http://www.mediafire.com/file/441qbu72j3pd72b/VTS_01_1_Tc0_L2_2ch_48_256_DELAY_0ms.mp2

    How to filter this noise?
There is a way to improve the quality of the audio?

  4. I hear a lot of tape hiss once you crank up the volume.

Using Audacity, find a silent (except for the noise) section, and sample the noise. Then apply the noise filter to the clip.

Also, since the source had no high frequencies except for the noise, you can use a low pass filter. Set the cutoff around 4 KHz.
