First thing I would say is not to use virtualdub to blow up the video to fill the screen. If you do this you will have to re-encode the video at a very high bitrate or lose a lot of quality. You are better off using your player to expand the video to full screen. Most (all ?) players have this facility.

Second thing - what shaped screen ? If you crop something for 16:9 screens, you will get bars top and bottom on 4:3 screens. If you crop something for 4:3 screens, you will side bars on 16:9 screens. You have it both ways. Again, your player will most likely have settings to adjust for this.

Third, if your player is Windows Media Player or Quicktime, use something else. These are limited (to the point of useless) players. VLC, The KM Player, and others are far more flexible.

If you must use Virtualdub then you need to use the resize filter.

Set "Aspect Ratio" disabled so you can distort.

10x 4 the comments but i think i saw once an option which say's
    "full screen strech"
i pressed it and it did the work just fine without any adjustment such as 320 width , 240 height
    and stuff like that
there was just an option of "full screen streched" somewhere in the filter's i dont remember where
that was the easiest way because i dunno whichi width and height 2 choose so it will appear in all of the screen

Not in VirtualDub. Many media players have that option.

If this is just for playback then let your player do it. For many players just hitting Alt+Enter will give you full screen. To completely get rid of any black bars is harder because digital video can be any size. Again, your player can probably do something to make it fit. The "full screen stretch" option you mentioned sounds much more like a player option.

    Let's go back a step.

You don't want to stretch it to fill the screen. Again, the question would be : What screen ? Screen resolutions vary, from basic VGA 640 x 480 up to 1920 X 1080 HD screens to even larger resolutions at the high end, and very small resolutions at the mobile phone/portable player end.

And aspect ratios vary. Anything from 4:3 to 16:9 and even 16:10.

So what size screen do you want to fill ?

Hopefully now you see the problem.

You cannot please all the people.

A 16:9 video will fill a 16:9 screen, and most of a 16:10 screen, but will have black bars top and bottom on a 4:3 screen.

A 4:3 video will fill a 4:3 screen, but have black bars on either side on a 16:9 or 16:10 screen.

You cannot fit a square into a rectangular space and not have gaps. Equally, you cannot fit a rectangular block in a square space and not have gaps. It simply does not work.

You could produce two versions. One for 16:9 screens and the other for 4:3 screens and let the downloader decide.

I would also forget about resizing to fill screens from a resolution perspective. That is the job of the player.

    just tell me 1 thing.
    if my screen is 4:3
which resolusion i should choose in the resize filter
so it will be full screen strech
because 640*480 hasn't did the job

The resolution has no relation to the aspect ratio. The same resolution could be displayed at either 4:3, 16:9 (or 2.2:1, or 1:1....), the pixels are stretched to fit whatever ratio is required.

"Full screen stretch" or whatever is controlled by your player, regardless of the size in pixels.
