Play Unsaved Video by Mobile Phone

hi please help me , there was a problem in my phone samsung wave 533 that it was switching on and off again and again at that time,

I was making a video with my mobile and upto 7 minutes its recorded and suddenly my mobile switched off and the video was not saved by my mobile , when i switched on my mobile the file is there in my mem card, format of that video is mp4 and size is 29 mb but its not playing in any player . please tel me how can i play that file or convert that file in any other format so that i can play that file.

or is there any other way by which we can extract video upto 6 minutes so that i can get the video upto 6 minute instead of getting its full minutes.
