  1. hello everybody,

i'm trying to capture screens from a bluray's menu (with the play/options/extras buttons included), and im using ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 6.5 to capture, but what really capture is only the background image and misses the buttons/texts.

is there any way to capture the image like the way i see? with the buttons and text included?

    thanks

  2. OK, I'll bite...How do you expect to capture the full use of buttons that are just a 'picture' on your computer captured by your capture program?

Could always use Ctrl-Alt-Print Screen to copy the current window. It'll be a bitmap capture but you can then paste into MS Paint or anything else to save as a jpeg or any other format.

There are many overlay setups where ctl+alt+prtscrn will not work. Changing the renderer might fix it, but I couldn't guarantee that.

  5. and he wants the play/options/extras buttons included so that he can click on them. Can't happen on a screen capture.

He probably want to use the image for reference to edit/make a new menu.

I'm not seeing where they want to use the buttons, just capture the screen. Snipping tool?
