Hi everybody,
(Hi Dr. Nick...)
I'm making a documentary and I'm pretty unhappy about the sound. I'm using a ATR 35S and a Sony HDR XR550. I was thinking about upgrading the mic but I'm not sure what to get. One of the most important things for me is having to spend less time in post production removing the hiss sound. This is an example of the hiss sound (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlmSK2j7zBg).
I'm willing to pay $100-200 for a better wired mic. I was looking at the Sennheiser ME 2 omni-directional lavalier, Any other suggestions?
