    I just download WINFF software to convert the VOB files to MP4, so I can download to my SansaFuze for playing (when I am on the road, traveling).
    Can someone show me the exact steps to get this to work. I must miss something as the software keeps displaying error when I hit convert.

    I think you may be experiencing the same problem I have on one of my PC's. I was able to get it to work like this:

    After running Winff and it fails, go to C:\Documents and Settings\"user name"\Application Data\Winff
    Double click the .bat file, and it should start encoding.
