Storyboard from movies

I found interesting instrument for make books from movies with subtitles.

So i installed ruby but as i understood it's just for mac and linux. Does anybody know similar soft for windows platform?

I have never seen anything like that.

You could run linux from usb/cd directly like http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/running-linux-usb-right/ ...but you should have some command line experience before you try install the storyboard.

You could probably get it working under Cygwin (Linux/Unix toolkit for Windows) without much effort at all, but it's one of those kinds of things where if you don't already know about Cygwin, you probably don't have the background necessary to use it.
