  1. I'm trying to demux AC3 stereo audio in its original state from MPEG2 video. I don't want to change anything about the audio. I just want to demux it from the video clip and then mux it into another clip. Is FFMpeg for Audacity a good program for demuxing? Any other suggestions?

  3. Can I put multiple clips into tsmuxer and have it demux the audio into one long AC3 file?

  4. I don't know about TSMuxer, but DGIndex can easily do what you want. Load all the MPEG2 files and then File->Save Project which will give you the audio all joined together. I'm assuming all the AC3 files have the same bitrates and number of channels. If any are different you shouldn't be trying to join them.
