I was authoring a quick dvd with ifoedit and noticed my colors change. Does ifoedit also set a 16-235 color range? If so, how does it do it without re-encoding?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

noticed my colors change
Check stream types in ifo's before saving are in correct format ... check your stream was in nstc format as well .
If subtitles included ... you need to copy color palette over , or add them , before saving . -
I opened the same two files in media player classic and there was no change. But for some reason in the nvidia decoder there is. Thanks for the reply. I'll have to look into this further.

Thats to do with your current video drivers ... update them should resolve the issue for pc playback .
