Rendering multiple framerates?

Using Sony Vegas Pro 11, I have different sources of FPS in my project, some 60 FPS, some 23.97 FPS. I want to render it at 60 FPS but how will this affect the 23.97 FPS clips?

If you have 59.94 FPS timeline project settings and export settings, 23.976 sections will have duplicated 3-2 frames (AAABBCCCDD... etc..) to make up the 59.94 if you have resample disabled for the clip (right click the clip properties). This is the way it is normally done
