How can i download cc subtitles from any video (not youtube)?
I try with idm but subtitles aren't on video....?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Flash or html5 video?
I doubt there is one program that supports all such subtitles. -
How do you know they aren't on there? They're supposed to be closed (aka HIDDEN) until you turn them on. You can only test for their existence using a player known to support them in that supplied/stored format.Originally Posted by albfullsoft

I check with mkvmerge if it is any subtitles on this video but it dosnt show any...

In other words, those were not REAL CCs, but rather selectable subs, and much of the discussion and direction of help was misled. (For reference for future searches).
