  1. How can i download cc subtitles from any video (not youtube)?
    I try with idm but subtitles aren't on video....?

    I doubt there is one program that supports all such subtitles.

    How do you know they aren't on there? They're supposed to be closed (aka HIDDEN) until you turn them on. You can only test for their existence using a player known to support them in that supplied/stored format.

    And, they are part of the video stream, so you cannot download them separately.

    More info needed...

    Check with MediaInfo too. You might find it has EIA-608 text streams.
