I use a website generating service that will not let me mess with the code. It is all browser updatable, but I would like to add flash video to the site. Does anybody know of a Flash player that I can use on my website? I have looked at FlowPlayer, but I need to add some code to the site for that to work, so that is not a good option.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Include from an external site like youtube, vimeo, etc?

The videos are 60 minutes long. I think Youtube and Vimeo have limits of 10 minutes (or maybe it's 20 minutes).
