I used MainConcept to encode the video to DVD format with stream type: Program (Video + Audio). Viewed with Windows Media Player, and it was fine. I imported into DVD-Lab and it did something to make 2 files. An mpv file and an pcm file. I imported the mpv file and an AC3 file i extracted earlier. I made the DVD image, made it into ISO with CloneDVD2, played it with Windows Media player again and the video looks like it has been stretched up a bit. So, the change happened when I created the DVD in DVD-Lab. What went wrong?
