I just started using Premiere Pro CS4 and have captured some video that I would like to save as a Flash video. When I do that in PP, I get a movie with extension type F4V. Is this a newer version of FLV? Is there a way to save as FLV? I plan to put this on a website and want all my users to be able to open and play the video.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Just rename to flv and try with a flash player like flow player.
You can also export to mp4 with h264 video and aac audio and it will work in flash.
