Problem with blur picture

I ripped a DVD with dvdshrink and burned it with Nero and when played in standalone Panasonic A360 the picture is from time to time blur and stuttering, but not when played in PS2 or PC, is that becaus of the DVD media (its 3t Pro, DVD+r) or can I burn it some other way?

Burn method:
Nero, DVD-Video <- put all vob-files in VIDEO_TS

Burner:
Memorex DVD+R 2.4

I t could be the media. But before you spend any more money, try to burn at a slower speed.
