  1. Hi All,

I'm looking for a second dvd recorder to replace my old video but I'm not sure which one to go for. I've got a budget of around £200.
I currently have a Panasonic DMR85H which is great but won't record on to rw disks so i have to use dvd ram, as a result I'm looking for a recorder which will record on to both rw and dvd ram disk (so i can use them in my current recorder and my pc) with descent picture quality. I've had a look at a DMRES15 but this doesn't have RGB out and I've seen a few bad reviews.

Can anyone suggest a suitable recorder???

    Thanks in advance

  2. Ditch the discs(ram) and buy on quality alone. Try the Pie-in-Ear dvr 440hx-s or the Liteon 5045ghc+ *avaliable from the guru like staff @ currys. Or versions of these minus the hard disk.

The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.
