I created mov video from final cut HD using apple intermediate codec in MAC. But the video can't be played at all in PC(windows XP). How should I create MOV video in MAC so that the video can be played appropriately in PC?

I would use h264 if you aren't going to any further editing.

I am exporting using H264 as you told me. BUT it is VERY slow . The video is just 2 minutes a long, but it takes about a hour. Is this normal?

The Intermediate codec is IIRC not available in Windows releases, just like the JPEG2000 codec isn't available in Windows releases (another one of those Mac-centric software inequalities on supposedly "cross-platform" systems!).

There are plenty others that you could use, like Uncompressed, DV, Blackmagic, etc. that ARE crossplatform--you should ALWAYS check for cross-platform capability 1st if you know you're going that way.
