It's three time......... 3 fu**ng time!
I try to convert a mpeg file to mp4 (using x264) and the output file it's goin completely OUT OF SYNC or the audio parts it's been picked in complety different parts respect video selection!
I have installed XVID4PSP 5.10.330 latest build picked from this site............... i have try to convert this same source mpeg file on XP and and the first time the file it's been converted whitout problems!!
IT's XVID4PSP not compatible in Windows 8.1 or 8 (or maybe Windows 7) ??
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Either you have a very slow computer or somethings wrong in your encoding setup or the file has issues but we don't know any of the details since you didn't offer any.
I think,therefore i am a hamster. -
very slowly computer whit windows 8.1 ?!?!?!? ahaahahahahha.... are you kidding me ?
i have posted mediainfo about the file i want to convert...... :

no... it's no copy protection problems.
The source of file it's a sony videocamera.......... inside it there is 5 mpeg file.... and i have join it using tsMuxeR_2.6.12 to obtain this full.ts file.
At this point i need to extract from this a clip about 29minutes........... but whit xvid4psp i already says i obtain a out of sync... and using vidcoder i obtain this very long time to enconding.
I have also try to cut the full.mpeg using avidemux....... but i can't because i obtain ever a message from avidemux say to me i can't use the copy function because the cut point it's not on keyframe but i have set this correctly... -
