Hi everybody, I need some help.
I need to convert an audio track from 23.97 to 29.97 fps. Is it possible?
I'm using Audacity, so what value do I have to enter in effects/change tempo?
Thanks, and forgive me for my english, I'm italian

  2. You never convert audio from 23.976 to 29.97 or vice versa because conversion between 23.976 fps to 29.97 fps video is done via (inverse) telecining. The audio speed does not change at all.

No, you don't. Perhaps provide a very short section of the video so we can advise. Or better explain what you're trying to do.

23.976->29.97. Demux the video & the audio. Set aside the audio. Apply ITVC to the video. Remux the video & the audio. Done.
