    Hi,
I have dowloaded one movie which size is 8GB, so it required dual layer to record. I want to see if I can burn into two regular dvds by selecting diffrent video parts and copying all IFO files in both.
    Is it possible?

Not that way, no. You can't take apart a DVD and move the parts around to two different discs. But you could extract to a MPEG with VOB2MPG, then split the file and reauthor it to two discs. You would loose the menus, though.

Or run it through DVDShrink and you could shrink it or split it to two discs there. http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/48/59/

Those are a couple of the easier ways.

  3. You can also use IfoEdit, but I have had limited success with the output thus far. So if you try it and get it to work, by all means let us know.

  5. you can also do this with dvdremakepro (keeping and manipulating full menu structure but like the poster above mentioned, this app also is payware
