So Im trying to convert a .ts video with handbrake to .m4v so it can play in itunes
But once I try to play the video in itunes the video starts to freeze and lag like crazy.
But it plays fine in VLC and classic media player.
But when I play purchased itunes movie 1080p HD movies they play fine.
Is it the setting in handbrake thats causing this?
Any betters way to encode the file to play smoothly in itunes in 1080p

Use the Normal Preset.
Set it to exact 1920x1280 by disabling automatic cropping.
Remove the ac3 audio track.
Try lower the video bitrate. Increase the constant quality value or set the bitrate manually.
And see if it makes any difference.
