It seems most ogm files contain mpeg-4 ASP video with 2 vorbis audio tracks and a single srt sub.

    So forgetting theora,
and ogms with ac3 audio (why?) which need no work...

    The following will work well:

    edit: update for batching folder
    I've just tinkered with ogm2avi a bit
    (http://www.digital56k.com/tools/OGM2AVI.exe)

    download this:
    https://forum.videohelp.com/images/guides/p1870025/ogm2avitweak.zip]ogm2avitweak.zip

batch files with DND- prefix are drag and drop, to use
right click on each of the three files and "create shortcut",
    move shortcuts, place them anywhere,
drag and drop one file at a time on selected one.

    ogm-a1, ogm-a2, ogm-dual,
    are for batching a folder.
move your ogm files into the folder you extracted ogm2avitweaked to.
(or you can edit the batch files to contain absolute paths)
double click one one of the batch files.
check created folder 'completed' for avi files and subs.

    note.
OGM2AVI will give you an avi with the first audio track of the ogm in mp3 and an external srt sub.
OGM2AVI-A2 will give you an avi with the Second audio track of the ogm in mp3 and an external srt sub.
OGM2AVIDual will give you an avi with both audio tracks of the ogm in mp3 and an external srt sub.
