    Not sure if I can create index clips at the beginning/end of video for viewers to select their favorite clips.
    For example, I shoot the whole apartment and prepare separate footage of Living Room, Master Bedroom, Guest rooms...etc at the end of video. Viewers have the option to click their favorite clips to re-play, without moving their mouse back and forth on the timeline.
    If APE 12 is not able, any other video editing software will do ?

    Clickable video? Nope.

    You probably need something like flash to make an interactive video.
