I'm looking for a subtitle tool (for syncing external subs /w film mainly) that is easy to learn and intuitive.
I do these things so seldom I forget complex instructions between times. Any suggestions?
Thank you.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

I still prefer to work with good old: https://www.videohelp.com/tools/Subtitle-Workshop
with old version 2.51, which has good help file included and is easy to work with.
If you would be looking for more advanced freeware then: https://www.videohelp.com/tools/Subtitle-Edit -
Thank you Jeremiah58, that was good advice. Yes, sometimes an older version can be better than subsequent ones.
Perhaps Subtitle-Workshop was optimal and pretty darn good by v. 2.51? Then what does a developer do?
Thx also for the freeware link
