    Only the 24.975fps parts will begin to play jerky - one missing frame every second. However, what you describe is extremely rare. Maybe some documentaries that mix film and PAL footage might have it (I've seen it in WW2 docus), but the PAL portions are more likely to be field-blended.

    You're more likely to find real hybrid material in anime, where parts are true 29.97fps, either progressive or interlaced, while the bulk is 23.976fps.
