Subtitle from m4v Extract Problem

hey! i try to rip subtitles from the movie "The Pyramid" and unfortunately its dont want to rip to me...
its the first time (and i rip a lot) that is doesnt work.. any way, i remove DRM, and i have unprotected m4v,

Download mp4box and ffmpeg. THen can you run the commands directly from windows start>run but you must add the folder locations like:

Put for example ffmpeg.exe and mp4box in c:\programs and your movies in c:\movies and run these from the start->run or from a command prompt.
