I am playing around with CS5.5 on a friend's computer and I am trying to load some vob files from a couple DVDs and it says "the file has an unsupported compression type". I know CS5.5 has to support DVD files so what am I missing?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

If it's a commercial pressed DVD (and even if it's not) you first have to rip (with something like AnyDVD or DVDFab) the DVD *.vob files to the hard drive and open them from there.
For the nth time, with the possible exception of certain Intel processors, I don't have/ever owned anything whose name starts with "i".
