No, I'm pretty sure it is NOT possible using any of the current tools.
You could of course burn-in the subtitles by re-encoding, and that is possible with a number of tools, and would be compatible with whatever you're already using to view 3D. However, you will lose quality and use up a bunch of time by re-encoding. (a search on 3D subtitles on this site will probably show a number of exhaustive threads I have been in. )
