Easy RealMedia ProducerV1.94 will not convert 90% of videos

hello i used this app on an old computer of mine running old version of windows 7 64-bit it worked fine all my videos could be converted to rmvb fine

i need this app again as i have like 200+ dvds and my mate gave me a mp4 player and it only plays mpg and rmvb it also came with 32gb sd card

so can anybody help as to why this app is not working and just fails to convert

also it did work to convert some avi videos but would only convert them once then when i go back to convert the same avi video again it just fails

i only wish to use this app and not install any other apps

Any error messages?

Does it require any external decoders like ffdshow? If so try disable windows 7 built in decoders with preferred filter tweaker.

app not working i click on all of the them on both lists then click apply but it just ticks them again
