    i am using ulead videostudio to convert from mpeg to real video, length of the video is 1 minute, the file size is either really big or the quality is really bad. can someone help me setting up this thing? or should i use another program?

    That's - basically - how Real works.

    Try www.real.com They have free tools for conversion but you have to dig through the site to find them.
